Thread: A strange problem

    Default A strange problem

I have never had any problem using EB in the past.

    However...

A while ago I put fanatics mod it. I then suffered CTD's, so I uninstalled everything and the game seemed to work.
Except (playing on ALX) I got a crash when looking at the roman faction leader after a while, so I killed him.

But whenever I fight a battle I get a crash with no error message.
The first time it was to do with me running out of disk spce, but I now have more space and it happened again.
    And ideas?

Fight a battle? Or fight any battle? If you mean a specific one, try again, and if it happens persistently autoresolve it. If you mean all battles, you have more of a problem. I'd run the validation tool then.

Having problems getting EB2 to run? Try these solutions.

    All battles.

I'm going to continue my campaign just autoresolving using auto_win if I know I could.
I tend to lose more men doing auto_win than if I just ran the battle.
