I can't sally out of this city to fight the sieging army. at first I thought it was just the army not having movement points, but I know it is a bug since it is the same after i ended my turn.

Is there a client ruler in the city? If so there is a fix for it.

sorri, I guess I wasn't looking. didn't know it was one of the official fix.
