    despite my heritage I voted Brittania. I always found it very boring, maybe because I played Viking Invasion too much...

    Do I need to beat one of the campaigns to unlock the other ones? I can only play the Americas. But it's odd when G^2 was able to play Britannica without playing the Americas campaign.

    No

    Every campaign has its own icon to start that campaign. If you can only play Americas you have to install the others.

    When I installed Kingdoms it set up four different short-cuts on my desktop. I seem to remember during instillation it setting up the four campaigns separately from each other. So perhaps you only set up the Americas Campaign because you should have four short-cuts on you desktop.
