Anyone Play turn base Ancient games

Hi There.

I am new here and have RTW , play in a lot. But i also play turn base Ancient games.

Do any of you play turn base. or have you seen the new Ancient War games from HPS.

39.95 looks like alot of money to pay for a game with graphics like that.

I just thought , if anyone likes playing table top. then you will not get a game that plays as historic as this one.

the AI is great. and also fun playing against other guys PBEM.. There are also many Historical battles to play and what ifs.

I know many gamers dont like the hex kind of game . but for those that do. its very good.

I myself haven't played much in the way of TBS games set in the ancient era. Aside from Rome Total War and Hellenic Total War (a mod for MTW/VI), that's about the extent of my experience. I never really have played hex-based games on the PC.
