    I was looking at that just last night, coincidentally enough. I got bored after i realised its trajectory never changes.

    I saw the ISS and Discovery over the period of two days last year after Discovery had undocked. Sure the trajectory doesn't change but I get caught up in the emotion of seeing something in space that has people onboard. I feel a special connection with the astronauts for those couple of minutes as they pass overhead. Cool stuff in my book!

    Might try that one night; though I cannot remember reading anything about observations of the ISS in the astronomy magazine that I read.
