How do you edit descr_regions? Basically, I want to increase the base farming rate in certain regions, in order to stimulate population growth.

I've looked at the descr_regions file and there are some numbers, but I don't know what they refer to.

I changed some of these numbers anyway, just to experiment, but have not seen a noticable change in the game.

Any advice on editing this file would be welcome. Thanks in advance for help.
