What do you mean "don't work" ? If you mean you get one, very small file which is definitely not the EB Installer....

No i dont get a file at all, at the official there are 2 links, one of them dont work at all while with the other i get page full of weird symbols etc...

I am guessing the torrent one is the page with weird symbols?
Anyways, right click & save target as.
EDIT: Atm, over here the average download speed is some 160-170kb/s btw.
