Plus, if you want to have Imperials so bad, just go download another mod that focuses on the Imperial period. Same goes for the LS-lovers. Or simply apply the changes for yourself, but that doesn't count as fair in my book. On the contrary, I call that grand cheating. Especially when there is no RP-based rationale behind it.

Um, no, there is a RP rationale. I have a character who should be Imperator, but he'll die before 125 BC. I got bored of my Romani campaign a while ago (no challenge, and my Imperator would have died too early) but with Imperial units I think I'll be able to muster enough interest to finish it. I'll dock myself around 2 million mnai for it (in addition to the ~1.5 million mnai I have given from my own pocket to help Pahlava, Pontos, and Hayasdan).
Also, are there any mods that focus on the imperial period? I can't think of any that start earlier than IB.

People play games for differing reasons, and get enjoyment from differing things. If somebody wants to get reforms quickly, or cheat to get extra money who are we to criticize them here?
