As he said, they are all at the standard RTW resolution - I actually create them at a much higher resolution just in case (and to be able to work in more detail), but then I have to shrink them down to the size that RTW.exe uses so that they will work. You are using a higher resolution and it just appears that some of the images are of a different size/image-quality, but they all are the same in reality.
