Here is something that will put the subjectivity of this game into perspective.

As you can see, only 20 people have played this game. 3 of them weren't even in KotR. And 4 more are post-cataclysm players. So, your going to basically have the saves guided by a handful of those at the top who are online a lot. The avatars who made it into the top 5 were basically shepherded along by a player who is in the top 5 for number of posts. Arnold: me, Matthias: Ramses, Elberhard: Cecil, Jan: EF, and Wolfgang: Zim.

Was Elberhard ever King of Outremer?

Yup, he was King for a couple years during the Cataclysm. In between when Jan left and Elberhard left. And I am almost certain that all 4 avatars left were Crusader Counts at some point.
