Thread: Can anyone explain this ?

    This has happned to me numerous times... Sicilians attack my ships. He sinks one of my ship. We are at war... then I attack his ship. Next turn, nothing happens. THen I try to atack again, and curiously, all of sudden the war is over and we are neutrals. I want to make sure, goto the relations screen. Sure enough, we are not at war. I'm pretty sure someone posted about this... if so, please direct me to the discussion where this "problem" is discussed. This has happned in 5 of my last 8 campaigns, so it does happen...

    you automatically fall out of war if you do not share a border or occupy the same sea region, it could be, he removed his one ship to a different region, so meating this requirement and so war over.

    really? cool! so that explains it...i kinda wish my emissary could gain honour points for gaining a ceasefire though. oh well.
