Please HOW do I pin EB to RomeTW.exe?
I have tried two installs of EB. I also want to know if in EB all factions are unlocked at the beginning? If so, I'd be willing to try uninstalling RTW and EB and then install them both ... but I would hate to lose the unlocked factions in vanilla RTW if it's not necessary. Please help.

They are unlocked in EB. You can also simply unlock all factions in vanilla by changing a file, google it if you want to go back to vanilla.
