Is there a way to change the size of a single unit, like changing Hypaspistai from 62 to 82 men?

export_descr_unit.txt in /EB/DataOriginally Posted by Frodge
There is an dictionary at the beginning of the file which tells you what entry does what for each unit.
No, not that one. It will be overwritten with the backup file from the sp edu backup folder. (Assuming one were talking about a change for SP only.)
So, to do it properly you would have to go to the sp edu backup folder, on general principles make a copy of the export_descr_unit.txt file found in that folder; and then proceed to alter the original. By loading the SP game through the Trivial Script engine (either Configuration or play SP) the file in the EB\data folder gets overwritten, and your changes appear in game.

So what does this trivial thing do exactly?
It allows you to adjust settings first; and to easily switch between single and multiplayer/custom battle modes.
