i noticed that some of you are having problems with dds files [skins], the easiest way of skinning without problems is to use the DXTbmp free program [below] it has a feature to save as targa with alpha so you don’t get skins showing black bits etc, it also has a send to editor feature where you can choose your editor [i use a free one] then just export the dds file to that editor, then reload in dxtbmp and its done!
