This may be old news, but its something I'm not sure about. It seems to me that the only time you get Koku from your provinces is at the end of Autumn. So why not keep your taxes at very low the whole year, and then just set them to high in Autumn?! Am I missing something? This seems to work very well for me.
Also, if someone has the arrow whistling sounds from the demo, could they please email them to me?

Cheating? Are you serious? If this really is a bug, then I think its time to fix it, because its just a terrible design flaw.
