OK, here is the link to the fixed soundfiles. Note that in this compressed file, I have added the following directories: Greek, Greek1, Greek2, Greek3, Greek4 and Greek5, all of them being in the original EB/Data/Sounds directory. All soundfiles, plus the fixed ones, are present in there.

If you find any other voices that have to be fixed (despite Hellenistic units, that is), please tell me so and I shall upload them as well.

Sure. If you want, I can look up the exact soundfiles that are problematic so that we can 'cut down' the size of the file, which already includes both fixed as well as normal files.

I think I know the reason for this. The ADPCM format has a weird addendum at the end of the sound. At the end of the sound, you will hear a stuttering from the beginning of the sound. This was also the case with the vanilla sounds mind you. But you would only hear the stuttering when you played the vanilla voices in an external player like winamp. RTW would "correct" it because the silence time in front and at the end of the sounds were sufficient.
I'm glad there are such resolute and vigilant people in our user base, able to fix things themselves. I really appreciate it. Hope your fixes will be implemented soon!![]()

Ah, good that you remind me of it. I just recently dowloaded 1.2 and it seems that the problem is more or less fixed. At least I didn't see the same problem in the Sound file. But I'm surprised no one daid this from the beginning.
