It wont let me replace the files when i unRAR it to the directory, i guess its some Vista issue, i am using the administrator account, so i have no idea why it wont let me...

Stupid vista..

turn off the protection system, if you know how to mod, you are not dumb enough to let attackers into your pc.

This is why it is suggested not to install RTW to the "Program Files" directory.

EDIT:2 This is why it's highly recommended not to touch those settings; not even with a very, very, large pointy stick... And just stay away from your precious Program Files.

Vista hates games placed in program files. It doesnt let you edit or save (mine works but..)
So thats why its not adviced to install game in program files.
