can anyone give me what the line says? i dropped my laptop and now i cant play EB1.1 a few hours before i was to start a new campaign. instead of playing EB for a few hours, i speant that time on the phone with some dell tech guy in india.
"welcome to dell tech support? how may i help you?"
"uh, my laptop screen broke"
"did you try pressing the power button?"
"uh, yes. my screen is broken, its not working."
"ok then, let me transfer you to a superior."
"ok, fine"
"dell tech support, how may i help you?"
"my laptop screen is broken"
"did you try pressing the power button?"
"yes, and my screen is broken"
"were sorry, we cannot help you. its not covered under warranty"
^^^actual conversation b/w dell tech support and my friend. luckily i did not get this techie. i got s/o who actually FIXED MY PROBLEM!
