Default Strange movement restriction during Casse game

OK, I started my 1.1 Casse Campaign, took the two midland cities right away, destroyed some Caledonian brigands, another winter came, built a fort for my field army (with all 3 family members), saved my campaign and quit the program.

Today, I loaded it, activated scripts, and hit the next turn button.
In next turn (spring), strangely, it seems as script understood the winter movement range as default(farthest) range and applied movement restrictions accordingly.
And it also seems that the new restriction has been applied to not only family members but also to the units in the same army. (Units garrisoned in towns were not affected)

Now it takes years to move from Camulosadae to Wales.
Plus, the affected army could not move AT ALL when the next winter came.

I tried saving at spring and loading it again but it didn't work.

If a general has movement restrictions, they will also be applied to the troops under their command (a % decrease).

Check your generals, they probably have traits that are slowing them down. They may want to be sent to towns...
