After you finish with the uninstaller, it removes EB itself from the programs list (in Add/Remove Programs or similar), but does not remove the other three components - you then have to do that manually.

Since this 3 components are stand alone applications (doesnt require EB to work ) this makes sense dont you think?
Edit: Each of this 3 components has its own uninstaller.
