Hi!
I am a great fan of old Bretons. And I think the Casse tribe/clan? is quite cool. But as a half noob. I have trouble survivng. I find myself in dept so I cant spend money to build up my economy. Or recruit troops on a scavanger hunt. The surrounding settlements are quite hevy defended...So how have you done it. tips please

I cross the channel and take the belgium provinces first...although you could duke it out with the enemy rebels ASAP then disband...just be careful cause theres an army of caledonians that attacks you in like 3 years if I remember correctly...

When I played as Casse, I disbanded my army, sent the diplomat across the channel and then disbanded the navy too, built up my economy and when I had enough dough to get a respectable army, I trained one up and started conquering. It requires a little luck though, since the AI might very well attack you, but it is worth a try or two.

Hm never thought of that. And I think that strategy would suit me...Besides from the fact that I often seem to lack luck al to often...But I often have enough luck to get myself floating thoug.
