Thread: Nigel Gascoigne

    Default Nigel Gascoigne

Famous forerunner to Robin of Loxley-has appeared with his Sherwood Foresters in Mercia 1144. Has anyone else ever got him?

More importantly, what do I do with him???

    BTW here he is:

He had 0 of everything when he was a rebel. This is after I bribed him.

    A single leaf falls,
    then suddenly another,
    stolen by the breeze

Unfortunately, you've fallen for a scam! He's just any old general but with a fancy name... And he doesn't have anything! Not even a single point of dread... and he's only got 2 loyalty... You're victim to one of many scam-generals out there that steal away your money with their fancy-pants names and high upkeep.

Yeah, I dunno how the treasury will live past the support cost of 14 florins per year. ;p

    Don't forget the bribery charge.
It is better to conquer yourself than to win a thousand battles. Then, the victory is yours. It cannot be taken from you, not by angels or by demons, heaven or hell.

Aye, bet that really broke the bank too. Maybe it was almost as much as it costs to train a unit of sherwood foresters. . .
