In need of a little help please.

Ok so I have the Retrofit multiplyer mod that Ergon recently posted up on all the forums.

I'm having real trouble uploading replay games to the clan forum

I go into my c drive... find sega... go into the mods file and there is both a save file and a replay file that are both empty.?????

now I know that I have replays loads of them.... I've watched them all, so there seems to be nothing wrong with recording them just storing them.?????

Your help would be much appreciated.... and If ayone knows where I'm going wrong and can take the time to explain please remember you are talking to a computer idiot
