This might be a stupid question, but what is perfect_spy, and what does it show?
I suppose the name might be some kind of clue, but I just can't figure it out at the moment...
Oh, and I'm too lazy to fire up EB at the moment and find out for myself...

If a unit or spy spots an enemy stack, it depends on his intrigue level and proximity whether he can identify the units and unit sizes in the stack. Perfect spies removes these factors, allowing you to identify the units in a stack without the need to employ a spy.
