Error installing RTW

Ok, I didn't know where else to post this. When I heard EB 1.1 was released I started to reinstall RTW. Now when I try to install it I get the following error before it barely gets started installing:
"Error 1305.Error reading from file C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War\Data\sounds\Voice2.dat. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."

Is there anyone that can help me? I have unistalled and reinstalled RTW many times before and this has never happened.

It's one or two things, but I only know one -

- You've installed it to many times (some games only let you install so many times because they think you'll give to your friends to install.)

If this is the case - your going to have to get another RTW probably.
