    Default Can't seem to build African Infantry

    I'm not sure if its a bug or what, but I can't seem to build african infantry, heavy libyan spearmen, or heavy liby-phonecians, though i can build african pikemen and elite lby-phonecians. My capital at kart-hadast is almost fully teched!

    Are they post-reform troops?
    It began on seven hills - an EB 1.1 Romani AAR with historical house-rules (now ceased)
    Heirs to Lysimachos - an EB 1.1 Epeiros-as-Pergamon AAR with semi-historical houserules (now ceased)
    Philetairos' Gift - a second EB 1.1 Epeiros-as-Pergamon AAR

    You have to wait for the reforms. Read the FAQ for details on how to get the reforms.
