List of Ports in EB?

Hi everyone,

I always wondered what cities are represented by the ports in EB.

I know that the port of Attika is Piräus, and of Phoinike is probably Tyros, Latium is Ostia etc. But these are few that I know of. It would be incredibly cool for me to know what cities they represent, cause mostly they are not directly attached to the chief settlement. What about Kart-Hadast's port for example? Its situation indicates that it is not meant to be the city's port, what city does it represent?

If you had a list of them, or even a list of all the villages and minor centers represented in EB through the "mounts market" etc. icons on the map, that would be awesome.

well all i know is that Kart-Hadast [B]was[B] a port city. There was no seperate port for it.

This is a highly daunting task, and with the advent of EB2 we are sure to exploit the features contained within M2TW: Kingdoms, but I do agree such a resource would be a great boon of information. When the context is of some satisfaction, at least for the East, I might consider compiling a list of settlements (I made a preliminary list of settlement names in the Persian empire for kicks one day... So I might have to dust it off)

Might I ask what port is used for Scythia Minor? The location on map is in today's Bugeac region, but Tomis might be a better idea.

Anyway, at the moment I'd be very very happy with a list of the ports solely.
