Place the two FMs in the same spot (inside the same city or the same army)
Look at the FM with the ancillaries you want to transfer
Drag & drop the ancillaries to the other FM (I mean to the icon in the bar on the bottom of the screen)
Done!
I don't know if this can be done with all ancillaries; in M2TW it's possible only with some of them.

I've played RTW since it came out and I didn't know you could do that.Originally Posted by SunShadow

it seems not to work...
I moved the gov out of town, with the other fm on one spot, dragged the province ancillary to the new gov, and nothing happened.
what am I doing wrong?
PS: imho it doesn't work with any ancillaries, I transfer.![]()

You can't transfer duplicate ancillaries (some count as duplicate even if they're called different things, because they have the same effect). You can't increase the number to more than 8; which is a strange thing with the provincial governors; you can't transfer it if they've already got 8, but once they've got it they can get another one.
