Is there a command that can be entered (~) that will :
1)Kill a family member belonging to your faction
2)Or, give the family members and that settlement to the rebels.

I'm playing as the Greeks and I'm trying to simulate a civil war as Athens and to do that I need to have them rebel and get rid of the Spartan and Rhodian family members and let the cities rebel to simulate them leaving the alliance, then fight a war to give Athens hegemony.

No. Although you can put the kill_character command in the generic script, restart the game, and finally run it by pressing F1 and then the question mark.
