    RAID 1 for the win.

    RAID 0 is good, but you just don't want to take the risk.

    RAID 0 to play the game.
    RAID 1 to save the game files.

    RAID 5 to save the unique files. Then back them up daily, weekly and monthly. Then send the backup media off-site.
