Actually I think Booooosst should be used by generals trying to rally their troops. Just think about it, instead of all those long boring speeches or dangerous half-suicidial charges or tiresome blowing of trumpets your General would just have to shout Boooooosst!! and all your troops would automatically go to the highest morale level.
