Might I ask if you mean forum skin? You can change that for yourself by scrolling down to the far left of the forum main page (above the advertisements if you don't have ad blocking software installed).

Just select a skin from the list and, if JavaScript is working, the page should automatically change to the new skin.

You can then change it back when you leave those forums (although it will apply to all other forums you visit while that skin is selected).

You could also make a bookmark/favourite to these forums which changes the skin to one you choose whenever you visit them. Just add the skin's ID onto the end of the forum's address and then bookmark/favourite it.

For "Default" add "&styleid=1" onto the end of the address.
For "Sword Dojo" add "&styleid=2"
For "The Guild" add "&styleid=4"
For "R:TW" add "&styleid=8"
For "Sengoku" add "&styleid=9"
For "Black" add "&styleid=5"
For "Lite" add "&styleid=22"
For "Dial Up" add "&styleid=16"

You then could make a bookmark using the same method to revert to the original forum skin.

If you're talking about implementing a compulsory skin for all users for those forums, then you'll have to talk to Tosa. It's only an accessible option for those who have administrative rights.
