i once got Walter von Vogelweide (Walter von der Vogelweide, 1170-1230), a well known Minstrel on the royal courts in HRE and Austria. think he popped out in tyrolia.

heard you can get Heinrich von sachsen, also known as Heinrich der Löwe(Heinrich the Lion) too, former duke of sachsen (saxony) and duke of bavaria

there is a .txt file called known_names or something like this, which contains all names of the famous people in the game.

I have the Lion right now. He is in Flanders holding off many, many full stacks of Elmoheads. He has won many battles but lost one and has the stupid 'retreater' vice. He should be getting 'excellent defender' and 'magnificent warrior' by now but he isn't. Stupid game some times.
