Will I get issues?

I recently installed EB 1.1. However, the program didn't create desktop shortcut, like the earlier versions of EB did. Also, "Europa Barbarorum Setup" appears to have been added in the list of report problems (the list of programs not functioning, which Windows wants to sen away, I don't know what it's called in the English Windows). Though the installation went on just fine, at least it appeared so.

How big is the risk that I'll get serious issues? It apparently worked fine to start up a campaign, even played one turn. And I'm not sure about if the failure to create a desktop icon (I made my own later, with EB settings) proves that the installation was flawed, and neither am I sure that the Windows report list is trustworthy, because some programs in the list appears to me at least to be problem-free.

I also tried the validation batch, but it didn't produce any text document, maybe because I run Vista, and my EB is in the Program Files direction (though I run it all with administrator rights, did the same with the batch).

EB 1.1 installer doesnt make Desktop shortcut. Since default install (with trivial script) creates 4 of them in both RTW directory and Menu Start/Europa Barbarorum adding another 4 in desktop seemed very rude to me.

You still can have some problems using Trivial Script because you installed EB in Program Files directory.
