Priest assasination

Have you ever noticed in the game when a geisha goes to assasinate a Priest, there are sometimes two different messages followed with two different movie scenes. Well I understand the scenes, 'cause every assasination has two different scenes in the game. But two different message for Priest! What's that all about.
