Just adopted this FM and noticed his name was a bit odd..
I assume his name should be ... Dkaios , just having the special city's name in there was unexpected
Could this be a problem later on or is it just something harmless/unexplainable ?

Indeed it seems like someone has pasted a city name somewhere it shouldn't be, but it's actually harmless, because it's correctly referenced except in descr_names_lookup, which I don't know if is used by the game.

I know I got that name early on in a bactria game 1.0 and had no problems.
