Declaration of the Supreme Council of the People`s Republic of China:

The People`s Republic regrets that the policy of the former President led to misunderstanding and that some countries had the feeling that China would threaten them.
We are glad that these misunderstandings are over, now.

However, we have learned that there is a need for a more effective organisation to prevent crisis like the one we saw lately. Therefore China decided to support the Security Council of the UN. We support a reform that reduces the rights of the VETO nations. The VETO is unfair and blocks the Council. We ask the General Secretary to host a meeting to end the VETO rights!

Furthermore, we do not think that a local agreement can end the rights in international seas. Therefore we appeal to the Security Council to debate the issue of the Demilitarized Zone in the socalled Taiwan Sea.

China announces some steps to restructure her economy to the benefit of all Chinese:

1) The Chinese currency will no longer be free convertable!
2) All private owned companies have to have at least a 51% share of a Chinese owner.
3) All private owned companies have to pay a 10% tax into the retirement fond.

China wants to point at the fact, that religious freedom is guranteed in China.

Here is my proposal to all members of the United Nations:
Let us introduce a tax on all fossile energy - oil, gas coal.
10% the first year, 20 % the second year, 30 % the tihird year and so on until we reduce the waste of energy.
The income should be controlled by the United Nations to support the poor countries, to help them overcome the pain coming from the Warming and to help them reducing their emissions, too.

China (2): There are reports about a mysterious desease at nrthwes China, close to the border to Russia. Travellers report of a illness that already killed several hundreds.

Africa (1): In the Sahel belt, there was no rain this year. Expert expect a desaster if there is not immediate help from other cointries.
