The president of the E.U., reconigizes both the threat of global warming and energy dependence and thus is convinced that we must move past the obsolete system of oil into new methods of energy production. Thus I call on all countries to put aside their differencves and establish one unified scienticic community to help the members move past this challenage. Thus I call on the countries of the E.U. to give funding to a permerent commission on energy reform, for our saftey for our future and for our children. I also call on the leading universities of europe to host thinktanks between us ,our American allies and anyother country which wishes to join in this endevour, sometime this next year to share all current information and develop future goals.
