I, Pablo Jesus Histamos, President of the Socialist Republic of Venezuele, declare:

Capitalists have taken our natural resources, our food, our fish. They left us with desease and hunger, poverty and pollution. Capitalism has only one goal: to take from the poor and to give the rich.

Venezuela decided to end this. All petrol industry as well as the energy industry are now public property.

We ask all our friends from Latino America to join us. Free yourself from the American colonialism. Join the free Latino America.




We also see with concerns the results of the devasting imperialism and capitalism. The world is getting hotter and soon it will be hard to live on this planet.
I appeal to all countries - act now to stop this suicide. End the Global Warming.
Here is my proposal to all members of the United Nations:
Let us introduce a tax on all fossile energy - oil, gas coal.
10% the first year, 20 % the second year, 30 % the tihird year and so on until we reduce the waste of energy.
The income should be controlled by the United Nations to support the poor countries, to help them overcome the pain coming from the Warming and to help them reducing their emissions, too.

CHINA (1): The stock market at Shanghai lost 30 % during the lasr three months. Analysts blame the new tax on private enterprises and the oil price. Parallel to that the stock market of Japan lost about 15%.

WORLD: A Council of Swiss bankers expect that world economy will shrink this year.

China (2): There are reports about a mysterious desease at nrthwes China, close to the border to Russia. Travellers report of a illness that already killed several hundreds.

Africa (1): In the Sahel belt, there was no rain this year. Expert expect a desaster if there is not immediate help from other cointries.

Africa (2): Hundreds of thousands tried to leave Africa to make their future either in Europe or an Arabian country.

Africa (3): At Namibia, there are bloody fights between thr tribes.

Europe: A hurricane raided the coast of the North Sea countries. There are demages at England and Germany, but the focus was the Netherlands. For the first time a giant flood managed to overcome the barriers. Several towns are under water - 120 died, 300,000 lost their homes - damage is several billion.
