    Default Death by chocolate

In my KH campaign I have reached Italy and there is no sign of the Romani. The Lusotann hold the Italian peninsula southern Gaul, extending into the Balkans while the Carthaginians hold on to Sicily.

Has anyone else ever seen this? I have seen discussions of the "Yellow death", "grey death" and "white death" but never such a dominance of the Lusotanns.

    Cheers

Yet if he should give up what he has begun, and agree to make us or our kingdom subject to the King of England or the English, we should exert ourselves at once to drive him out as our enemy and a subverter of his own rights and ours, and make some other man who was well able to defend us our King; for, as long as but a hundred of us remain alive, never will we on any conditions be brought under English rule. It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom -- for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself.

As I am hard of understanding I don't know how to screenshot the map.

Press Print screen on your keyboard. Start mspaint and paste into it. Crop away everything but the map and save as either BMP or JPG. Finally upload to a hosting service such as Imageshack and post it here.

Crtl + V is a shortcut for paste, to make things just a tad easier.

When I saw death by chocolate, I thought you meant you got beat by a horde of Ethiopian and Nubian soldiers.

Wow, luso getting that powerful. Don't see that everyday.

Sounds like the Luso's have gotten lucky for once, in most of my games they tend to bum around portugal for a few decades before getting destroyed or stagnating. I assume you haven't used toggle_fow or anything at any point, do you have any previous savegames from your campaign so you could see how it happened?
    Keep us posted

A version ago, this sort of thing happened in my Sweboz campaign. They smashed the weakened Gallic factions and reached northern Italy and the English Channel. I had hard time their hordes of fast, high quality infantry. Not only does Spain have good ports and a lot of mines, the Carthies probably built level two mines in Southern Spain before the Lusotanns captured it.

    Good luck!
...at least put some spikes in your club for goodness sake!
