V&V Display

I've been lurking on this forum for a few weeks and I must compliment all involved on the level of useful content exposed and explained here. I am still a great fan of STW & MI and MTW is even better.

Anyway, enough for introductions. My question is:

When you look at the parchment for a general, what does his acumen, etc. include? Does it include his V&V's (secret or not), etc., or are acumen, etc., "base values" that the V&V and other factors modify? I hope I'm making myself clear.

Right now your guess is as good as any of ours.
The stats are supposed to be after the V&Vs but not always are they like that.

Wait for the patch, it will correct this.
