Thread: Client ruler keeps spawning in Dalminion

Default Client ruler keeps spawning in Dalminion

I'm playing Rome, it's around 220 BC and I've had Dalminion as an Allied State for years.

For some years now there's been spawned a new client ruler every single turn, even though I got one in the city. I tried solving it by building a Type 2 government and moving in a family member, but they still keep coming. Not too much of a problem since I can just sail them to sea and wait for the pirates, but damn, the upkeep can create some problems. Right now I have like 4 of them on a ship and 3 waiting to get on another one.

This sounds quite unique. Have you tried letting the city rebel and re-conquering it?

No, been at work for the last 2 weeks, but that is what I was thinking. Try it when I get home tomorrow.
