Hello all.

Where can I find a decent list of Traits and Ancillaries that I can use off line? Like a pdf file or something?

Preferably something that includes that exact effects of traits, their levels, etc.

I don't have any files but I know this website that covers all the traits and retinues. It's split into faction leaders traits, governor traits, combat traits etc. etc.

It lists the traits, its' direct effects, descriptions, announcement and Epithet.

However, my personal opinion is that traits in MTW2 are just a nightmare. Far too many to try and keep track of unless you take 2 hours per turn.

I just tend to go with the flow and let the game give me traits as it will, kind of more 'realistic' and more challenging trying to deal with generals and governers with negative traits.
