Ominous Building Description!

I don't know if this a bug, but I'll post here anyway.

I'm still finishing up a 1.0 Qarthadastim game, and as my armies appoach Tuat in Gaetulia, my spy tells me that in the settlement is a building that looks like a very advanced Roman culture barracks. In it's description it says something like "Warning! this description should not be viewable in game" or something like that. The building is called "Western Victory" or "Western Greek Victory" or the like. It's very strange, doesn't fit in with the rest of the buildings, and the description makes me wonder if there is something wrong or not.

I have an unchanged 1.0 download with only the Oppida fix, no other changes at all.

It's okay. Most of these progress markers are placed in Terhazza, but that one goes into Tuat. Just ignore it and leave it alone .
