    Is it possible to generate a "list of references" from the existing foot/endnotes?

    Right now I've come up with a workaround. Posting here for posterity's sake.

    Go to any footnote, open the styles box in which Footnote Text will be selected, from the dropdown menu "select all xxx items", copy and paste.

    You'll still have to do some post editing though.
