This is quite correct, only that in ancient greek, the letters eta and omega where, as they called it, makrochrona or long-term. So when a word contains an eta (η) or an omega (ω), they would pronounce the word with more emphasis. Rome, in ancient greek, would be pronounced for instance like Roomee.

Also, I've been making some thought about the name, ''Arche Megales Hellados''. By that prospective, wouldn't Arche Seleukeia be ''Arche Seleukeias''? You see, Megales Hellados (tes) is the genike form, while Seleukeia not. Seleukeias would be, according to keravnos' correction, the right form.

Arche Seleukeia is quite correct.

I will write the following in greek. "H ΑΡΧΗ Η ΣΕΛΕΥΚΕΙΑ" meaning the empire(rule) of Seleukeidai/Seleukeis. Seleukeia means ="of the seleukidai" exactly like "Megales Hellados" genitive/genike means "of Megale Hellas"

Therefore genitive, or genike in transliterated greek, is not required.

Well it is all in the details. You see Megale hellas means magna grecia. What you write means literally "The empire The Magna grecia". You would need a genitive/genike to give the meaning of " of "

I try to keep things simple here. Genitive in greek after a name generally means "of"+whatever is in genitive.
