    Default Hoplite shieldsymbols

Some of you may know that in the Greek ages. ( 500-400 BC) , uniforms for soldiers didn't exist.
A soldier (especially the hoplites ) had their own symbol on their aspis (shields )
The meaning of this thread is to make a list of all known shieldsymbols.

Please , only post if you are 100 percent sure. (add a link if possible )
    Thx in advance

1.Lacedaemonia (Λακεδαιμων ) with Sparta as Capital.
Λ being the first letter and shieldsymbol

    2.Athena
    The A from Athena.

Since M2TW can have multible skins/models per unit It would be great to see this.

Not sure if Post-Alexander Hoplites carried on this tradition though.

Didn't Athenians have a capital A or a picture of Athena or one of her symbols?

Yes, they had the capital A of Athena on their shield.
I'll add it to the list.

For Calvin and TosaInu, in a better place together, modding TW without the hassle of hardcoded limits. We miss you.
