Uninstallation of RTW

If I uninstall and then reinstall RTW, but DO NOT touch my EB folder, will I still be able to run EB after I reinstall and patch RTW?

Yes it should work as long as you reinstall RTW in the same folder.

Well, I uninstalled it and the entire Creative Assembly folder was missing. I hope when I get around to reinstalling EB that my saves are still there.

I learned the hard way before, as you just have, that when you uninstall RTW it will delete your install folder and everything in it. This includes all mods, alterations, and savegames...

There is a tiny chance your saves still exist, if you have Vista...

Is it really worth the small saving in time not to just go clean slate? Far fewer problems just getting rid and starting again.
