If I uninstall and then reinstall RTW, but DO NOT touch my EB folder, will I still be able to run EB after I reinstall and patch RTW?

EB DEVOTEE SINCE 2004
Yes it should work as long as you reinstall RTW in the same folder. If I uninstall and then reinstall RTW, but DO NOT touch my EB folder, will I still be able to run EB after I reinstall and patch RTW?
Well, I uninstalled it and the entire Creative Assembly folder was missing. I hope when I get around to reinstalling EB that my saves are still there.
Is it really worth the small saving in time not to just go clean slate? Far fewer problems just getting rid and starting again.
It began on seven hills - an EB 1.1 Romani AAR with historical house-rules (now ceased)
Heirs to Lysimachos - an EB 1.1 Epeiros-as-Pergamon AAR with semi-historical houserules (now ceased)
Philetairos' Gift - a second EB 1.1 Epeiros-as-Pergamon AAR
Well, the new version of Rise of Persia was out and I wanted to try it so I had to uninstall RTW which had Roma Surrectum on it. I figured I could play as many mod switch mods as I wanted to as long as I was still waiting for Hegemonia City States and Roma Surrectum 2.
Wow that sucks. Installers by default shouldn't delete files that they didn't create because this is really rude. I guess CA doesn't care.I learned the hard way before, as you just have, that when you uninstall RTW it will delete your install folder and everything in it. This includes all mods, alterations, and savegames...

It's just the same as if you try to uninstall just BI, it also helpfully uninstalls RTW without giving you the option not to.
