I have Elite Herds building in Zadrakata,but Warlord's Horse Herds never appears in the building browser...I can't build it!And I need it to get Settled Aristocracy and then Parthian Reformd Gov.

Maybe I could build it using 'cheats'?!Just don't know how...

I see that you already have reformed pastoralism built. In order to build the Warlord's Horse Herds, reformed pastoralism cannot be present, so the herds must be built before reformed pastoralism. What you will have to do in Zadrakata to get this building is sell off reformed pastoralism, re-migrate your people to the province, build STANDARD pastoralism, elite herds, Warlord's Horse Herds, and THEN reformed pastoralism. You can use "process_cq Zadrakata" (without the quotes)in the console (accessible w/ the "~" key, on a US keyboard) to speed this rebuilding up.

I see...But shouldn't it have been impossible for me to build Reormed Pastoralism without having Warlord's Horse Herds?Anyway,thanks for the tip Merlinus,I will probably do as you advised.
